山本勘助晴幸
- 明応9年（1500）9月25日？～永禄4年（1561）9月10日
- 戦や出陣の吉兆を占い、築城や儀礼の日時を判断する役割を担うほか、周辺国への使者としても活躍した。『甲陽軍鑑』では諸国の政情に精通し、築城術に秀でた足軽大将として描かれていて、その後の軍記物では、信玄に戦の作戦を進言するなど、軍師として活躍する姿が描かれるようになった。

- In addition to divining the success of battles and campaigns, Haruyuki was tasked with scheduling castle construction and ceremonies, and acted as an emissary to surrounding provinces. In the Koyo Gunkan, he was described as being a politically-adept leader of ashigaru foot soldiers, talented at castle construction. Later records described him as a military advisor for Shingen's war plans.
